PrinCE 550 and 560: One of the most flexible
The PrinCE 550 and 560 are among the most flexible capillary electrophoresis systems. Both systems are equipped with a second lift, which allows the change of outlet buffers at any time. Because of this dual lift approach; the PrinCE 550 and 560 are the most versatile of all CE instruments without external pressure possibilities. The detector can be placed on top of the PrinCE, which reduces bench space and allows optimal distance between the detection window and the capillary outlet.
The PrinCE 500 series is ideally suited for method development next to routine analysis by one or more sequential methods.
Additional features of the PrinCE 500 series:
- A patented dynamic compression injection system that allows an unsurpassed injection reproducibility of less than 1% RSD, whereas other systems suffer from variations in pressure and voltage during the injection process. An accurate injection is of the utmost importance for a reliable quantitative analysis of samples in both the routine and the research labs.
