Incubator Shaker

Based on the basic models of LS 500 and RO 500, C. Gerhardt offers four state-of-the-art incubator shakers. The temperature chamber is heat insulated and ensures a high stability of the temperature. Even when taking heavy loads or running in continuous operation, Thermoshake guarantees stable conditions and homogenous mixing of organic cultures at constant rotation speed. Growth cultures can be observed at any time through the transparent front door and illumination with a fluorescent lamp. The lamp is a standard length and can be easily replaced with a special growth enhancing lamp, day light lamp, etc.

Model VT - Heating and Cooling

Thanks to the built-in Peltier elements, models VTO 500 and VTL 500 ensure a precise control range of 10 K below room temperature up to a maximum of 60 °C. The instrument is especially quiet and temperature stable. An additional cooling unit, e.g. a recirculating cooler is not necessary. The Peltier-technique is extremely environmentally friendly as they don’t need any cooling device.

Model TH - Heating

Models THO 500/1 and THL 500/1 offer a precise control range of 5 K above room temperature till 60 °C without cooling function.

Standard delivery

Delivery of the basic model includes 4 vertical rods 150 mm long to accept a variety of attachments and a mains cable
