A production screen type extruder, designed to impart very little work to the product during processing.

Optional automatic loading and ability to work with a wide range of batch sizes

The operating principles of both the manual and automatic loading Extruder 35 are the same with the product being pushed by rollers through holes in a vertically placed extrusion screen.

Supplied with a standard extrusion screen with 1 mm wide and 1 mm deep holes but additional screens of different hole diameters can be supplied on request.

The Extruder 35 has a simple operating structures and is easily transportable on its own lockable wheels to allow ease of movement to different areas of the site.

Screen holes: 
Caleva screen holes are machine drilled and are not punched or laser drilled. Punched or laser drilled holes can lead to reduced extrudate uniformity and can have negative consequences in yields obtained.

The versatile Extruder 35 is designed for ease of scale up from the laboratory Extruder 20 and the highest possible output / cost ratio.
