- The ability to use different bowl sizes on the same base is included as standard.
- Automatic run timer is included as standard (that also allows full manual operation).
- Fines air included as standard.
- Water jacketed bowl included as standard.
Work with batch sizes from 100 g to 1 kg
The Caleva MBS 250 (Multi Bowl Spheronizer) with optional smaller bowls offers a cost effective way of working with a wide range of batch sizes in a single apparatus.
You can work with small samples when product is scarce or costly and work with larger samples when required or when clinical trial quantities are required.
The standard 250 mm diameter bowl can be used for batch sizes from 150 g to 1000 g. Optional small bowls with or without bowl inserts can be supplied to reduce the batch size requirement down to about 1 g if required.
With the optional Datastor™ automatic recording of operational data and product temperature is possible. Print permanent records of every run for secure storage.
